We run two common sprint shapes: * **Homepage sprint (\~3 weeks / \~15 business days)** * **Growth-ready site sprint (\~4 weeks / \~20 business days)** Exact timing can vary based on scope, number of pages, and review speed. ## Phase 1 — Design direction **Goal:** pick a visual direction we can confidently build. What you’ll get: * 2–3 concept directions * Presented via **Loom walkthrough + Figma** What we need from you: * Choose one direction * Call out anything that’s a deal-breaker (tone, layout, vibe) ## Phase 2 — High‑fidelity design **Goal:** finish the designs so the build is straightforward. What you’ll get: * Full high-fidelity page designs * A consistent visual system (type, spacing, components) * Product visuals tied to each section (not generic illustrations) What we need from you: * Feedback directly in Figma * Explicit approval before we move into build ## Phase 3 — Build + launch **Goal:** ship the site and hand it off cleanly. What you’ll get: * A staging link for review * A launch-ready site (Webflow or Framer) What we need from you: * Final content confirmation (copy, links, forms) * A launch window (if DNS changes are involved) *** Schedule a call to talk through your project.
