Project Manager
Full ownership of your projects, from kickoff to launch. We've cut out the overhead that makes most agency jobs miserable.
Oratory is a design studio for startups. We help founders build brands and websites that look as good as their ideas. As a Project Manager, you're the client's go-to — owning relationships, driving delivery, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
We work in focused sprints, and you'll be the one keeping them on track. You'll know our services inside and out, make scoping calls on the fly, and hold yourself accountable for on-time delivery.

About the Role
We need someone to own delivery. Every project, on time, at the quality bar our clients expect. You'll be the client's main point of contact — the person they call when they have questions, the person making sure nothing slips.
This is a contract role built around performance. Competitive hourly rate, plus bonuses tied to delivery. Hit your deadlines, keep quality high, and you'll earn significantly more.
If you thrive under accountability and want compensation that reflects your output, this is the role. For the right person, there's a path to full-time.

- →
Flag risks early and solve problems before they derail timelines
