What happens after I pay?

You’ll receive a Slack invite to a private channel for your project. We’ll confirm timeline, share an intake checklist, and schedule the kickoff workshop.

How do we communicate during the sprint?

Slack is home base: quick questions, Loom walk‑throughs, and review links all live in one thread. For key touchpoints, we'll schedule a call as the need arises.

Why is a logo not included by default?

Most startups don't actually need a new logo—they need a visual identity refresh. When we say "brand and web refresh", we are talking specifically about everything around the look and feel of your startup from end-to-end. The logo is one small portion of that, which usually is not the limiting factor holding a company back.

If you really want a new logo, we can help with that; but it isn't a requirement by any means.

Why are the prices lower than a typical design agency?

We focus on what early‑stage teams need most—a sharp homepage and a clear visual system—using a repeatable sprint framework. No bloated discovery phase, no junior hand‑offs, just senior‑level work done quickly and efficiently.

What if I'm not happy with the design?

We work iteratively, so there's never a "big reveal", and we build in room for a couple of revisions at each step along the way. Our business runs on referrals and we strive to go above and beyond to make sure everybody is confident enough to refer us to their friends.

Do you have some work you can share?

Yes, we have a bunch of work on our gallery page. We can share more specific work relevant to your industry or complete sites on our intro call.

Do you offer product marketing help?

We’re focused on our website refresh packages, but we know how critical great product marketing is—especially on your homepage. We highly recommend working with product marketing experts Fletch PMM, who run fast, fixed‑scope sprints that align perfectly with our process. Let us know if you'd like an intro.
