Oratory is a design studio for startups. We help founders build brands and websites that look as good as their ideas. As a Brand & Web Designer, you're shaping how these companies present themselves to the world.
We work in focused sprints — 3-4 weeks from kickoff to launch. You'll lead creative explorations and own the outcome.

About the Role
You make things look and feel like something. Identity systems, websites, marketing materials — you can take a founder's half-formed vision and turn it into something they didn't know they wanted. You've got range and you've got taste.
You'll lead brand explorations, design marketing websites, and create visual systems that founders will look at every day for years. You'll work directly with the people building these companies.

Design marketing websites that convert and feel premium

Create visual identity systems (logos, typography, color, etc.)

Design social assets and marketing collateral

Work directly with founders to translate vision into design

Present and articulate design decisions confidently

Self-sufficient — you figure things out instead of waiting for answers
